High-productivity Tube Fiber Laser cutting machine for small and medium tubes

The FT-150 FIBER is designed for maximum productivity and high-speed cutting of small and medium diameter tubes.
Exceptional productivity results from the combination of the laser machine’s fiber resonator and the capacity to perform multiple processes including cutting, drilling, and tapping, which leads to significantly reduced in-process times.

Productivity is further improved due to its large capacity bundle loader, which can automatically load raw material weighing up to four tonnes, to enable continuous operation over extended periods.

Mazak’s proprietary laser cutting head includes an additional U-axis which facilitates ultra-high-speed cutting, as well as a B-axis that enables accurate bevel cutting.

Equipped with the state-of-the-art MAZATROL Smooth Tube CNC control with new Graphical User Interface and the Human Machine Interface enable effortlessly program and easy production scheduling.
